Each unit includes the following:

A cover page to motivate and introduce students to the new content.

Three didactic sections (presenting different types of text), which are centred around vocabulary, grammar, communication, learning strategies, spelling and pronunciation. These pages include references to the Grammar appendix and exercises.

A double page focusing on a protagonist, which includes information about people linked to the theme covered in the unit. Activities centred around a particular textual genre are also included.

A final page with a proposal for an oral activity based on photographs; a final task that incorporates the main content of the unit; a brief questionnaire on values and attitudes; a final reflection task and a proposal for a video activity.

A literature section that includes texts written by some of the most prominent authors of contemporary Spanish literature, with accompanying exercises.

A grammar appendix (presented unit by unit) with exercises; transcripts of the audio content and a vocabulary list (presented unit by unit).

A section focusing on the IB Spanish B exam for Middle and Upper levels.
